Recounts Reina Da Costa’s fight. She’s a mother who raises her four kids on her own. She lost her house during a natural disaster that devastated the Venezuela the 16th of December 1999. With 45 families from Montesano, they have been living for a year in a refuge. In the name of her community she struggles to receive, the houses promised by Hugo Chavez, the president of the Republic. Through that fight to reach a decent life, we dive in the political and social’s contexts Venezuela knows today. It’s also the drama that all refugees live today.
