Each year since 2017, MEDIA invites 10 young people from the four corners of Europe during the Cannes Film Festival. This gives them the opportunity to get a glimpse into the European audiovisual sector and meet film professionals.
Since 1991, the EU has been investing in Europe's audiovisual industry through the Creative Europe MEDIA programme, helping European talents to work together across borders. Each year it supports around 2000 projects, including films, TV series, video games, training programmes, cinemas and much more.
